A greyed out or missing league usually means it's in its off-season.
Why do leagues switch off?
We cover NBA, WNBA, NFL and MLB. When a league has no games and no props posted, we switch it off instead of showing an empty table. It turns back on once sportsbooks post markets again. The NFL, for example, returns once Week 1 markets post, and until then can look greyed out or be missing from the menu.
In season but greyed out in the app?
Update the app from the App Store or Google Play and reopen it. An older version may not know a league is back.
League we don't cover yet?

Does this affect my subscription?
No. One Premium subscription covers every league on web, iOS and Android, and each league unlocks automatically when it comes back.
