How do I sign in?
With Google or Apple only. There's no email and password login, so no password to reset.
Why do I see two accounts?
Each way of signing in can create its own account:
Several Google accounts: you picked a different one.
Google once, Apple once: those are separate accounts.
Apple Hide My Email: your account email is a random @privaterelay.appleid.com address.
Paid on one and signed in to another? You'll look like a free user.
Which email did I use?
Search your inboxes for PropsMadness emails, like a receipt or renewal reminder.
Used Hide My Email? Check your Apple ID inbox. Relay emails are forwarded there.
Sign out and try each Google account, then Apple.
Still can't find it?
Message us in chat with every email you might have used (including any @privaterelay.appleid.com address), whether you used Google or Apple, and your receipt if you paid. We usually reply within 24 hours.
