Bought Premium in the iPhone or Android app? Apple or Google handle your billing, not us.
How do I manage or cancel it?
iPhone: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > PropsMadness
Android: Google Play, tap your profile or the menu, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > PropsMadness
You keep Premium until the paid period ends. On the website, Settings shows Manage on Apple or Manage on Google Play instead of Manage Subscription. More in How do I cancel my subscription?
How do I get a refund?
Apple and Google refund their own store purchases. We can't from our side.

Who handles renewals and payment problems?
Apple or Google. They set your renewal date and charge your card, so update payment details with them.
Does it work on the website?
Yes. Sign in on propsmadness.com with the same Google or Apple login.
The app still shows me as free

Can I use a promo code in the app?
No, not yet; it's coming soon. Codes only work at website checkout, on a first purchase.
